הקורס נועד להקנות ידע והבנה בנושאים הבאים: מהותו ומשמעותו של הניהול האסטרטגי בהתנהלותם של ארגונים ובניהול משאבי האנוש, המשפיעים המרכזיים על גיבוש האסטרטגיה ויישומה, מרכיבי התהליך האסטרטגי, מודלים עיקריים בתחום, מופעים ופעולות אסטרטגיות בניהול ארגונים, היבטים מרכזיים נוספים המוכרים בספרות התיאורטית ובמציאות בנושא זה.
מטרות הקורס:
להקנות ידע והבנה של תהליכי ניהול אסטרטגי, כפי שמופיעים בארגונים שונים, להבין את החשיבות של הניהול האסטרטגי להצלחת הארגון בהשגת מטרותיו ולעמוד על תפקיד המנהל/ת בשלבי התהליך השונים.

The course is designed to provide knowledge and understanding of the following topics: the nature and significance of strategic management in the operation of organizations and in human resource management; the key factors influencing the formulation and implementation of strategy; the components of the strategic process; main models in the field; strategic manifestations and actions in organizational management; and additional key aspects recognized in the theoretical literature and in practice on this subject.
Course Objectives:
To provide knowledge and understanding of strategic management processes as they appear in various organizations; to understand the importance of strategic management for the organization’s success in achieving its goals; and to examine the role of the manager at the different stages of the process.
