- להקנות הכרות וידע בהפעלת שיטות וכלי ניהול מתקדמים העומדים לרשותם של מנהלים בניהול ארגונים.

Management in the modern era requires the use of advanced management tools, which have developed and changed over the years. These tools are based mainly on the principles of the main management theories, which were created from about 1880 and were shaped according to the changes and circumstances that humanity has experienced. These management tools fill the managerial toolbox of today and require those who manage organizations to recognize and use them wisely when necessary.
