The course is designed to provide knowledge in the theoretical and practical foundations of management sciences and in the management processes of the organization as a system.

Course Objectives:

• To provide knowledge and understanding of existing management tools.
• To develop advanced managerial thinking, as required by the development of emerging approaches.
• To recognize and understand the principles and characteristics of the modern organization and acquire managerial tools, in order to deal with operational aspects of management in the present and future.
• To recognize principles and tools for motivating employees and managing people.
• Learners will diagnose an organization and its deficiencies, and make recommendations for improvement based on the management theories studied.
